I am an Indian citizen (working in Singapore). Can I buy a mum-sing-mum air ticket from India?

I am an Indian citizen (working in Singapore). I am planning to buy a mum-sing-mum air ticket from India, as the rates are much lower there compared to singapore. Will I be allowed to do that? Secondly, can I buy a 1y open ticket for return leg (sing-bom) of the journey?

i could not book any indian domestic tickets with international credit cards. does any airline in india accept

appreciate your inputs, am in middle east, need to book domestic tickets in any indian airways with international credit cards. even sites like makemytrip, yatra do not accept. what to do
