I am an Indian citizen (working in Singapore). Can I buy a mum-sing-mum air ticket from India?
08-Nov-09I am an Indian citizen (working in Singapore). I am planning to buy a mum-sing-mum air ticket from India, as the rates are much lower there compared to singapore. Will I be allowed to do that? Secondly, can I buy a 1y open ticket for return leg (sing-bom) of the journey?

Thinking about going to the 2008 F1 China Grand Prix next month (Oct. 19th): I know where to buy the tickets and book the hotel. Does anyone want to split a 4-day hotel stay ($320 split into two) w/ me? Let me know. The hotel is a 2-minute drive to the circuit.
