Are Rugby World Cup tickets that are on sale on e-bay reliable?

I’ve read that the tickets have the buyer’s name on them so that no-one else can use them, if this is so then the ticket would have the seller’s name (on e-bay) so the buyer won’t be able to use them, is this correct?

Would applying for World Cup tickets using a Mastercard be a reason for them to reject your application?

Becaus it like says they prefer Visa, Should I apply again using a Visa card?
They prefer Visa because they’re sponsors. I would have used a Visa car but I lost mine and my new one wasn’t activate yet.
I applied for tickets to final so I’m scared if I apply again they might pick both my applications then that will cost 1600 dollars.

Can you believe how many World Cup tickets are still available?

I remembered in 2006 when I had to spend hours and hours refreshing the FIFA website just to end up with games like Saudi Arabia vs. Tunisia and Korea vs. Togo. This time I have tickets to 10 games and Brazil, Argentina, France, Italy, England, Spain, Germany and even Portugal tickets are still available. All I here on the news is how hundreds of thousands of tickets have sold out.

How does the system for buying world cup tickets work?

I have a basic idea, but I’d like to try to get TST tickets to the USA’s group matches (TST-3 I think)and on FIFA’s website applying for them is no longer an option. Will they be available again during the next “phase”?
